Testimonial[The Messenger - Letters - 26th October 2005]Dear Sir I did it! I stayed in a hotel on my own for three nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable time thanks to the proprietors at the Black Fox Inn near Liphook. The accommodation was spacious and spotless and the food was excellent. Despite my uncertainty of how I would manage as a female on my own, I was made to feel welcome, placed discretely in a booth to eat so I wasn't "on view" in the evening and made very welcome at the bar. To all you lucky people who live near enough to eat regularly at the Black Fox. I would unhesitatingly recommend the food, which is of the highest quality - I particularly enjoyed the organic salmon baked in banana leaves, and had lovely free-range eggs for breakfast.
