BEEF

All our beef is Aberdeen Angus / Hereford cross steer beef. Responsibly raised and grazed on Scotland's north east grassland farms, hung for a mimimum of 18 days, expertly butchered then vacuum packed to retain freshness.

BACON & SAUSAGES

All bacon is dry cured. Sausages are made from free range pork. Our bacon is vacuum packed to retain freshness. Sausages are cling wrapped and must be consummed within 48 hours or frozen for later use.

To order (which should be over £20 in value) simply inform us of your requirements for next day collection (midday onwards). To keep prices at a minimum, payment is by cash only.

The quality of our produce is guaranteed, however, since all produce is prepared by hand and humans make mistakes, we offer a no quibble replacement or refund policy in the event of goods returned.
