King prawns, crevettes, juicy pink prawns and crayfish tails on baby salad leaves with lime and coriander dressing, topped with garlic croutons

TERRINE OF CHICKEN ANDALUSIAN STYLE
Cooked with sun blushed tomatoes, roast red peppers, pine nuts, queen olives and fresh basil, wrapped in Serrano ham and served in thick slices with aioli

SPINACH, RED ONION AND GOAT'S CHEESE GOUGERE
Gougere is a cheesy choux pastry baked 'til light and crisp, stuffed with the spinach, onion and goat's cheese and baked again. Served with fresh herb salad

MELON AND GRAPE COCKTAIL
Cantaloupe, galia and water melon with white and black grapes in pomegranate juice

CULLEN SKINK

A deposit of £5 per person is required within ten days of making a booking.
